Description

This Commission report concludes that many community residences operated directly or certified by the State Office of Mental Health (OMH) provide safe, nurturing and rehabilitative places to live. Yet, other such residences have significant deficiencies, as in this report of unannounced review of 32 randomly chosen residences statewide.
