Description

This is a report of the Commission's review, pursuant to Chapter 50 of the Laws of 1984, of action taken to implement the Legislature's mandate to New York State Office of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities (OMRDD) to expand provision of State outpatient service delivery to clients living at home through the reallocation of existing outpatient resources. The Commission's review indicates that OMRDD has taken limited action to implement the Legislature's directives.
