A report of the Commission's investigation into the care and treatment provided by Presbyterian Hospital to Juan Gonzalez between July 3-5, 1986. Mr. Gonzalez was arrested on July 7, 1986 after he allegedly killed two people and wounded several others with a sword, aboard the Staten Island ferry.
