Description

This report addresses the State Office of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities' (OMRDD) implementation of a program for clients residing in the community which was intended to save the state money by shifting costs to Medicaid, which has resulted instead in millions of dollars of unnecessary costs through improper billings to Medicaid and duplicate payments to service providers.
