Description

The tenth annual report on the implementation of an Olmstead class action settlement that gave a class of approximately 4,000 persons with serious mental illness residing in 23 adult homes in NYC the choice to move to supported housing or other suitable community housing alternatives, with appropriate support services. This report provides a retrospective view of the State’s implementation efforts over the past decade, the progress made to date and the work left to be accomplished.
