Supplemental to the Second Amended Stipulation and Order of Settlement reached which extended the Agreement to December 31, 2020. It capped the class to persons with SMI admitted to impacted adult homes prior to September 30, 2018; created a mertics for various processes and a Transition Metric formula for the required number of transitions each 6-month period; created a peer bridger program and several other accountability mechanisms.
